(8/15/10) AN ACT1 To enact R.S. 1:61, relative to general provisions of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950;2 to provide a uniform definition of a disadvantaged business enterprise; and to3 provide for related matters.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. R.S. 1:61 is hereby enacted to read as follows:6 ยง61.
