DIGEST Michot (SB 719) Present law provides penalties for licensees or their agents for allowing underage persons to play video draw poker devices. Proposed law additionally provides that if a licensee receives a violation and determines that fault for the violation lies with the holder of a video draw poker employee permit or a designated representative or a licensed and insured uniform security guard or an off duty P.O.S.T. certified law enforcement officer performing security detail at the licensed establishment, the permit of designated representative status or guard identification card shall be subject to revocation.
