Expresses support for the State and Municipal Aid for Recovery and Transition (SMART) Fund, proposed for the purpose of helping states and local governments respond to the current public health and economic crisis
Urges and requests the Division of Administration, office of community development, to disburse federal funds for project applications in round one of the Watershed Projects Grant Program to aid economic recovery from COVID-19 pandemic
Expresses the intent of the legislature to allocate $100,000,000 of the local government allocation and $100,000,000 from the state allocation from the CARES Act to small businesses, of which $12,500,000 from the local government allocation and $12,500,000 from the state allocation shall be used for minority and women owned businesses.
Directs the executive branch agencies under jurisdictional oversight of the Joint Legislative Committee on the Budget to continue to submit statutorily mandated reports until such time as the mandate is specifically amended or repealed.
Authorizes and directs the executive branch agencies that submit statutorily required reports to the House Committee on Appropriations to continue to submit such reports as required by law
