HLS 11RS-685 ORIGINAL Page 1 of 2 Regular Session, 2011 HOUSE BILL NO. 117 BY REPRESENTATIVE FOIL APPROPRIATIONS/JUDGMENT: Appropriates funds for payment of judgment against the state in the matter of "Joseph Prince, et al v. Union Pacific Railroad, et al" AN ACT1 To appropriate funds out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2011-2 2012 to be used to pay the consent judgment in the suit entitled "Joseph Prince v.3 Union Pacific Railroad, Tony L. Addison, Kenneth Stafford, State of Louisiana4 through the Department of Transportation and Development, and St. Landry Parish5 Government"; and to provide for related matters.6 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:7 Section 1. The sum of Eight Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 ($8,500.00)8 Dollars is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal9 Year 2011-2012 to be used to pay the consent judgment in the suit entitled "Joseph Prince10 v. Union Pacific Railroad, Tony L. Addison, Kenneth Stafford, State of Louisiana through11 the Department of Transportation and Development, and St. Landry Parish Government",12 bearing Number 05-C-5090-A on the docket of the Twenty-Seventh Judicial District Court,13 parish of St. Landry, state of Louisiana.14 Section 2.
