Universal Casualty Insurance Company, et al" AN ACT1 To appropriate funds out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2011-2 2012 to be used to pay the consent judgment in the suit entitled "Fredia Cross v.3 Universal Casualty Insurance Company, Lafayette City Parish Consolidated4 Government, the State of Louisiana, through the Department of Transportation and5 Development; Sarah Spell Johnson and Louis Adams"; and to provide for related6 matters.7 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:8 Section 1. The sum of Four Hundred Fifty-Two and 02/100 ($452.02) Dollars is9 hereby appropriated out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2011-10 2012 to be used to pay the consent judgment in the suit entitled "Fredia Cross v. Universal11 Casualty Insurance Company, Lafayette City Parish Consolidated Government, the State of12 Louisiana, through the Department of Transportation and Development; Sarah Spell Johnson13 and Louis Adams", bearing Number 2006-4865-I on the docket of the 15th Judicial District14 Court, parish of Lafayette, state of Louisiana.15 Section 2.
