AN ACT1
To repeal Part III of Chapter 9 of Title 40 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950,2
comprised of R.S. 40:1801 through 1804, relative to the purchasing of certain3
weapons or ammunition; and to provide for related matters.4
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5
Section 1. Part III of Chapter 9 of Title 40 of the Louisiana Revised Statues of 1950,6
comprised of R.S. 40:1801 through 1804, is hereby repealed.7
