Provides technical corrections to Title 30 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes. (8/15/11) AN ACT1 To amend and reenact Title 30 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, comprised of R.S.2 30:3(1), relative to minerals, oil, gas, and environmental quality; and to provide for3 related matters.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. R.S. 30:3(1) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows: 6 ยง3. Definitions7 Unless the context otherwise requires, the words defined in this Section have8 the following meaning when found in this Chapter:9 (1) "Waste", in addition to its ordinary meaning, means "physical waste" as10 that term is generally understood in the oil and gas industry.
