HLS 12RS-2281 ORIGINAL Page 1 of 2 Regular Session, 2012 HOUSE BILL NO. 1134 BY REPRESENTATIVE JEFFERSON APPROPRIATIONS/JUDGMENT: Appropriates funds for payment of judgment in the matter of "Washington Brothers Logging, Inc., et al v. the State of Louisiana, DOTD" AN ACT1 To appropriate funds out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2012-2 2013 to be used to pay the consent judgment in the suit entitled "Washington3 Brothers Logging, Inc., et al v. the State of Louisiana through the Department of4 Transportation and Development"; and to provide for related matters.5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:6 Section 1. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Five and 70/1007 ($15,955.70) Dollars is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana8 for Fiscal Year 2012-2013 to be used to pay the consent judgment in the suit entitled9 "Washington Brothers Logging, Inc., et al v. the State of Louisiana through the Department10 of Transportation and Development", bearing Number 39,588 on the docket of the Third11 Judicial District Court, parish of Union, state of Louisiana.12 Section 2.
