R.S. 30:2054(B)(11) is hereby enacted to read as follows:6 ยง2054. Air quality control; secretary of environmental quality the Department of7 Environmental Quality; powers and duties8 * * *9 B. The secretary shall have the following powers and duties:10 * * *11 (11) To adopt and promulgate rules and regulations requiring permitted air12 sources emitting particulate matter to install and maintain weather equipment that13 measures and records wind speed and direction.
