WORKERS COMPENSATION:  Provides with respect to the workers' compensation
medical reimbursement schedule
AN ACT1
To amend and reenact R.S. 23:1034.2(C)(1), relative to workers' compensation; to require2
an annual update of the workers' compensation reimbursement schedule; and to3
provide for related matters.4
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5
Section 1. R.S. 23:1034.2(C)(1) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:6
ยง1034.2.  Reimbursement schedule7

C.(1) The reimbursement schedule shall include charges limited to the mean9
of the usual and customary charges for such care, services, treatment, drugs, and10
supplies. Any necessary adjustments to the reimbursement schedule adopted and11
established in accordance with the provisions of this Section may shall be made12
annually.13
