Regular Session, 2012 HOUSE BILL NO. 780 BY REPRESENTATIVE HARRISON TELEVISION: Requires certain communication companies to offer local channel access through their networks AN ACT1 To enact R.S. 45:1356, relative to television; to require television broadcast providers to2 offer local broadcast channel access through their networks; and to provide for3 related matters.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. R.S. 45:1356 is hereby enacted to read as follows: 6 ยง1356.
