A RESOLUTION
To repeal House Rule 6.8(J) of the Rules of Order of the House of Representatives to
remove the requirement that certain legislative instruments relative to felonies be
recommitted to the House Committee on Administration of Criminal Justice.
BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the Legislature of Louisiana
that House Rule 6.8(J) of the Rules of Order of the House of Representatives is hereby
repealed.
