The original instrument and the following digest, which constitutes no part of the legislative instrument, were prepared by Jeanne C. Johnston. DIGEST Nevers (SB 104) Present law provides that a statewide common course numbering system be established to facilitate the transfer of students and course credits between and among secondary and postsecondary educational institutions. Further provides that the development and implementation of the statewide common course numbering system be prioritized as follows: 1. Present law provides that this segment of the common course numbering system be implemented by the beginning of the 2010-2011 academic year. 2. All lower division courses. Present law provides that this segment of the common course numbering system be implemented by the end of the 2011-2012 academic year.
