AN ACT1
To amend and reenact R.S. 26:91(A)(2) and 287(A)(1)(a), relative to the office of alcohol2
and tobacco control; to provide relative to the suspension or revocation of permits;3
and to provide for related matters.4
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5
Section 1. R.S. 26:91(A)(2) and 287(A)(1)(a) are hereby amended and reenacted to6
read as follows: 7
§91.  Additional causes for suspension or revocation of permits; fines8
A.  In addition to any other causes enumerated in this Chapter, the9
commissioner may suspend or revoke any permit for any one of the following10
causes:11

(2) If there was any misstatement or suppression of fact in the application13
for the permit or if applicant, licensee, or any other person required to meet the14
qualifications of an applicant, with the intent to misstate or suppress, fails to15
provide information and documentation, known of at the time of application or16
learned of at any time after the issuance of a permit, that may reveal any fact17
material to a suitability determination or knowingly supplies information,18
during the initial application or following the issuance of a permit, which is19
untrue or misleading as to a material fact pertaining to the provisions of R.S.20
26:80.21

A.  In addition to any other causes enumerated in this Chapter, the1
