Regular Session, 2012 ENROLLED SENATE BILL NO. 355 BY SENATOR AMEDEE AN ACT1 To authorize and provide for the transfer of certain state property; to authorize the transfer2 of certain state property in Ascension Parish; to provide for the property description;3 to provide for reservation of mineral rights; to provide terms and conditions; to4 provide an effective date; and to provide for related matters.5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:6 Section 1. The commissioner of administration is hereby authorized to enter32 into such agreements, covenants, conditions, and stipulations and to execute such33 documents as necessary to properly effectuate any conveyance, transfer, assignment,34 lease or delivery of title, excluding mineral rights, to the property described in Section35 1, and as more specifically described in any such agreements entered into and36 documents executed by and between the commissioner of administration and the37 Marchand St. Elmo, LLC, Hernandez St. Elmo, LLC, and Lindseyville Designs, LLC,38 in exchange of consideration proportionate to at least the appraised value of the39 property.40 Section 3. In the event that Marchand St. Elmo, LLC, Hernandez St. Elmo, LLC, and41 Lindseyville Designs, LLC do not acquire the above described properties within three years42 of the effective date of this Act, then the authorization to convey, transfer, assign, lease or43 deliver any interest in the above described properties shall terminate and be null and void.44 Section 4.
