Regular Session, 2012 SENATE BILL NO. 372 BY SENATOR MARTINY SCHOOLS. Repeals certain requirements regarding compensation received by certain school personnel. (gov sig.) AN ACT1 To repeal R.S. 17:431, relative to certain school employees; to repeal certain requirements2 relative to salaries of certain supervisors, principals, and other administrative3 personnel in certain school systems; and to provide for related matters.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. R.S. 17:431 is hereby repealed.6 Section 2. This Act shall become effective upon signature by the governor or, if not7 signed by the governor, upon expiration of the time for bills to become law without signature8 by the governor, as provided by Article III, Section 18 of the Constitution of Louisiana. If9 vetoed by the governor and subsequently approved by the legislature, this Act shall become10 effective on the day following such approval.11 The original instrument and the following digest, which constitutes no part of the legislative instrument, were prepared by Alan Miller.
