Regular Session, 2012 ENROLLED SENATE BILL NO. 652 BY SENATOR CLAITOR AN ACT1 To amend and reenact R.S. 47:9010(A)(7), relative to the Louisiana Lottery Corporation; to2 provide for the content of the annual budget report submitted to the Joint Legislative3 Committee on the Budget; to provide for the reporting of certain personnel4 information; to provide for an effective date; and to provide for related matters.5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:6 Section 1. R.S. 47:9010(A)(7) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:7 ยง9010. Powers and obligations of corporation's president; residence in Louisiana;8 ongoing study authorized 9 A. The president, as chief executive officer of the corporation, shall direct10 and supervise all administrative and technical activities in accordance with the11 provisions of this Subtitle and within the administrative regulations adopted by the12 board. He shall:13 * * *14 (7) Beginning on March 1, 1991, and not Not later than thirty days before15 the beginning of each subsequent regular session of the legislature, submit the16 proposed annual budget of the corporation and projected net proceeds to the Joint17 Legislative Committee on the Budget for review and approval.
