Regular Session, 2012 ENROLLED SENATE BILL NO. 657 BY SENATOR LONG AN ACT1 To amend and reenact R.S. 11:1651(B)(introductory paragraph) and (2)(a), relative to the2 board of trustees of the District Attorneys' Retirement System; to provide for board3 membership; to increase the number of active members on the board; to specify that4 one active member shall be an assistant district attorney; to provide for an effective5 date; and to provide for related matters.6 Notice of intention to introduce this Act has been published.7 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:8 Section 1. R.S. 11:1651(B)(introductory paragraph) and (2)(a) are hereby amended9 and reenacted to read as follows: 10 ยง1651. Board of trustees; membership; vacancies; compensation11 * * *12 B.
