AN ACT1
To enact R.S. 1:58.5, relative to special days; to recognize and to establish "Pro-life Sunday"2
as an annual observance; and to provide for related matters.3
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:4
Section 1. R.S. 1:58.5 is hereby enacted to read as follows:5
ยง58.5. Pro-life Sunday6
The third Sunday in January shall annually be recognized and7
designated as "Pro-life Sunday" throughout the state of Louisiana.8
