AN ACT1
To enact R.S. 17:1519.2(C), relative to state hospitals operated by the Board of Supervisors2
of Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College; to provide3
with respect to funding; and to provide for related matters.4
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5
Section 1. R.S. 17:1519.2(C) is hereby enacted to read as follows: 6
ยง1519.2. State hospitals operated by the Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State7
University and Agricultural and Mechanical College as part of the8
Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center9

C. The funding of the entities of this Section are subject to the provisions11
of R.S. 17:1519.6.12
