AN ACT1
To enact R.S. 49:968(D)(1)(c), relative to the Administrative Procedure Act; to require2
agencies to provide public notice upon submission of certain reports to the3
legislature; to provide for an effective date; and to provide for related matters.4
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5
Section 1. R.S. 49:968(D)(1)(c) is hereby enacted to read as follows: 6

(c) The agency shall publish on its website public notice that the report10
required by Subparagraph (b) of this Paragraph has been delivered to the11
appropriate standing committee as provided for in Subsection B of this Section12
within one business day from submission of the report to the appropriate13
standing committee. If the agency does not maintain a website, the agency may14
submit the public notice to the office of the state register for publication on a15
website maintained by the office of the state register.16

Section 2. This Act shall become effective on January 1, 2013.18
