AN ACT1
To amend and reenact R.S. 15:1228.6(6) and (7), relative to component systems of the2
Integrated Criminal Justice Information System (ICJIS) operated by the Department3
of Public Safety and Corrections; to change the name of certain component systems;4
and to provide for related matters.5
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:6
Section 1. R.S. 15:1228.6(6) and (7) are hereby amended and reenacted to read as7
follows: 8
ยง1228.6. Component systems9
The component systems of the ICJIS shall include but are not limited to the10
following systems:11

(6) The Corrections and Justice Unified Network (CAJUN) The Corrections13
Offender Management System operated by the Department of Public Safety and14
Corrections.15
(7) The Juvenile Information Records Management System (JIRMS) The16
Juvenile Electronic Tracking System (JETS) operated by the Department of17
Public Safety and Corrections.18
