Dixon (HB 16) Act No. 69
Authorizes the transfer or lease of certain state properties in Rapides Parish from the Dept.
of Health and Hospitals and the Dept. of Culture, Recreation and Tourism to the city of
Pineville. Provides for the reservation of mineral rights to the state.
Effective upon signature of governor (May 30, 2013).
