Proposed law retains present law and additionally provides that no vehicle shall be equipped with certain wheel equipment that extends outside the body of a vehicle when viewed from directly above which incorporate winged projections or constitute a hazard to pedestrians and cyclists. Proposed law defines "wheel nut". (Amends R.S. 32:362(B))
