AN ACT1
To amend and reenact R.S. 33:130.312(H), relative to the Sulphur Industrial Development2
District; to provide with respect to meetings of the board of commissioners; and to3
provide for related matters.4
Notice of intention to introduce this Act has been published as5
provided by Article III, Section 13 of the Constitution of6
Louisiana.7
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:8
Section 1. R.S. 33:130.312(H) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:9
ยง130.312. Board of commissioners; members, officers, agents, and employees10

H. The board of commissioners shall meet in regular session once each month12
on a quarterly basis and shall also meet in special session when the president of the board13
convenes them or on the written request of four members. No more than twelve special14
sessions may be called within any one calendar year. Four members of the board of15
commissioners shall constitute a quorum.16
