AN ACT1
To enact R.S. 13:2575.1(C), relative to administrative adjudications in Jefferson Parish; to2
provide relative to appeals of administrative adjudication decisions regarding3
immovable property; and to provide for related matters.4
Notice of intention to introduce this Act has been published5
as provided by Article III, Section 13 of the Constitution of6
Louisiana.7
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:8
Section 1. R.S. 13:2575.1(C) is hereby enacted to read as follows: 9
ยง2575.1. Additional administrative adjudication procedures in Jefferson Parish10

C. In the parish of Jefferson, any party aggrieved by any administrative12
adjudication procedure pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter may appeal to the13
appropriate district court a determination of a hearing officer made pursuant to this14
Chapter.15
