HLS 13RS-1181 ORIGINAL Page 1 of 2 Regular Session, 2013 HOUSE BILL NO. 672 BY REPRESENTATIVE KLECKLEY APPROPRIATIONS/JUDGMENT: Appropriates funds for payment of judgment in the matter of "Nina Skinner, et al v. State of Louisiana DOTD" AN ACT1 To appropriate funds out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2013-2 2014 to be used to pay the consent judgment in the suit entitled "Nina Skinner,3 Individually and on behalf of her minor children, Noah Danyael Skinner, William4 Peter Skinner, and Michael Alister Skinner v. State of Louisiana, Department of5 Transportation and Development"; and to provide for related matters.6 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:7 Section 1. The sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand and No/1008 ($495,000.00) Dollars is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund of the state of9 Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2013-2014 to be used to pay the consent judgment in the suit10 entitled "Nina Skinner, Individually and on behalf of her minor children, Noah Danyael11 Skinner, William Peter Skinner, and Michael Alister Skinner v. State of Louisiana,12 Department of Transportation and Development", bearing Number 10-18418 on the docket13 of the Thirty-Eighth Judicial District Court, parish of Cameron, state of Louisiana.14 Section 2.
