Appropriates supplemental funding and provides for other budgetary adjustments for the 2012-
2013 Fiscal Year.
Provides for a ($37,629,609) reduction in State General Fund (Direct) in accordance with the
governor's expenditure freeze, Executive Order BJ 2012-15.
Provides for other net increases (decreases) as follows: State General Fund (Direct) by
$120,025,511 (including $25,900,000 of nonrecurring revenue); Interagency Transfers by
$11,692,275; Self-Generated Revenues by $17,831,098; and Federal Funds by ($4,004,381).
Effective upon signature of governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
