A CONCURRENT RESOLUTI ON
To commend Resource Environmental Solutions for its generous contribution of native

WHEREAS, April 22, 2013, was known worldwide as Earth Day, and there is no

WHEREAS, Resource Environmental Solutions, Louisiana's leading developer and
supplier of wetland ecosystem restoration, has restored over twenty-six thousand acres of
wetlands in Louisiana and has donated native Louisiana live oak and cypress trees to
parishes across the state; and
WHEREAS, this donation, made with the assistance of members of the Louisiana
Legislature, is a gift that rehabilitates, restores, beautifies, and enhances the quality of life
for all citizens of Louisiana; and
WHEREAS, Resource Environmental Solutions grew and potted native live oak and

Hurricane Katrina and that revitalizes Louisiana's natural ecosystems.

recognize and express appreciation to Resource Environmental Solutions for its generous
donation of native-grown live oak and cypress trees to the parishes of Louisiana, which
