Peacock (SB 2) Act No. 208
Prior law provided for the membership of the board of trustees for the Municipal Employees'
Retirement System (MERS).
New law provides for two additional members on the MERS board of trustees:
(1)The commissioner of administration or his designee, who shall be a nonvoting
member.
(2)The state treasurer or his designee, who shall be a nonvoting member.
Effective June 30, 2013.
