Amedee (SB 66)
Proposed law requires payment of 100% of insurance premium costs for any clerk or employee
who retires from the St. James Parish clerk of court's office who is entitled to receive monthly
benefits from the LA Clerks' of Court Retirement and Relief Fund who has at least 20 years of
service and who is at least 55 years of age.
Effective August 1, 2013.
