SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 193

A RESOLUTION
To clarify the intent of Senate Resolution No. 89 of the 2013 Regular Session in designating
the official charged with calling the organizational meeting of the St. Tammany
Parish Inspector General Task Force.
WHEREAS, in Senate Resolution No. 89, the Senate of the Legislature of Louisiana
created the St. Tammany Parish Inspector General Task Force to study the feasibility of
creating an office of inspector general for St. Tammany Parish.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Senate of the Legislature of Louisiana
does hereby designate the parish president of the St. Tammany Parish governing authority
to call the organizational meeting of the St. Tammany Parish Inspector General Task Force.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions of this Resolution shall supercede
any conflicting provisions of Senate Resolution No. 89 of the 2013 Regular Session of the
Legislature.
