Requests the Department of Public Safety and Corrections, office of motor vehicles, to study the
issues relative to public tag agents issuing driver's license renewals as well as other office of
motor vehicles services which may improve service delivery to citizens of Louisiana, and to
submit a written report of its findings and recommendations to the Senate Committee on
Transportation, Highways, and Public Works not later than thirty days prior to the convening of
the 2014 Regular Session of the Legislature.
