SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 64
BY SENATOR WHITE 
A RESOLUTION
To express the sincere condolences of the Senate of the Legislature of Louisiana upon the
death of Frank M. Jordan.
WHEREAS, it is with deep sorrow that the Senate of the Legislature of Louisiana
has learned of the passing of Frank M. Jordan on March 4, 2013, at age seventy-one; and 
WHEREAS, he was born on April 26, 1941, the son of Malcolm A. and Delma
Edwards Jordan, in Marion, Louisiana, and was a longtime resident of Central, Louisiana;
and
WHEREAS, he was retired from his longtime heavy equipment contracting business,
but still loved his tractors; and 
WHEREAS, Frank M. Jordan was an avid outdoorsman and lived for hunting,
fishing, gardening, and his family; and 
WHEREAS, while preceded in death by his parents, Frank M. Jordan is survived by
his loving and loyal wife, Carolyn Hebert Jordan; one daughter Michele J. Browning, and
her husband Brent; two grandchildren, Kelli S. Conerly and her husband Rayford, and
Michael J. Browning and his fiancée Jamie Feig, and one great-granddaughter; one son,
Steve, and two grandchildren, Sarah and her husband Ryan, and Brandon and his wife
Meghan, and four great-grandchildren; two sisters and their families, Dewana J. Richard and
Carol and Kenn Harrell; brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles and Patsy Hebert, Mike and
Brenda Hebert, Mark and Carolyn Hebert, and Dennis and Mary Hebert, and numerous
nieces and nephews; and 
WHEREAS, Frank M. Jordan was a devoted and caring husband, son, father,
grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend and his memory will live on with
his family, friends, and those who had the opportunity to know him. SR NO. 64	ENROLLED

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Senate of the Legislature of Louisiana
does hereby extend condolences to the family of Frank M. Jordan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to
Carolyn Hebert Jordan.
