To repeal R.S. 40:981.3(D), relative to drug free zones; to repeal the private residence2
exception for violations of the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Law3
which occur in drug free zones.4
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5
Section 1. R.S. 40:981.3(D) is hereby repealed in its entirety. 6
