Michael Gesling, Lambourne Environmental Diving Service, LLC, Hammerberg Insurance Services, Inc. (D/B/A First Iowa Insurance Agency, Inc.) and State of Louisiana, through the DOTD" AN ACT1 To appropriate funds out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2014-2 2015 to be used to pay the consent judgment in the suit entitled "Gayla Bliss,3 individually and on behalf of the Estate of Lillian Christensen v. Michael Gesling,4 Lambourne Environmental Diving Service, LLC, Hammerberg Insurance Services,5 Inc. (D/B/A First Iowa Insurance Agency, Inc.) and State of Louisiana, through the6 Department of Transportation and Development"; and to provide for related matters.7 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:8 Section 1. The sum of Fifteen Thousand and No/100 ($15,000.00) Dollars is hereby9 appropriated out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2014-2015 to10 be used to pay the consent judgment in the suit entitled "Gayla Bliss, individually and on11 behalf of the Estate of Lillian Christensen v. Michael Gesling, Lambourne Environmental12 Diving Service, LLC, Hammerberg Insurance Services, Inc. (D/B/A First Iowa Insurance13 Agency, Inc.) and State of Louisiana, through the Department of Transportation and14 Development", bearing Number 122926 "G" on the docket of the Sixteenth Judicial District15 Court, parish of St. Mary, state of Louisiana.16 Section 2.
