Regular Session, 2014 HOUSE BILL NO. 149 BY REPRESENTATIVE CHAMPAGNE ATTORNEY GENERAL: Requires monthly reporting on all contracts with the attorney general AN ACT1 To enact R.S. 49:260, relative to the attorney general, to require the attorney general to2 submit reports on contracts; to provide for the form, frequency, recipients, and3 content of such reports; and to provide for related matters.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. R.S. 49:260 is hereby enacted to read as follows: 6 ยง260. Monthly report on contracts7 The attorney general shall submit to the legislative auditor, the commissioner8 of administration, and the Joint Legislative Committee on the Budget a monthly9 status report on contracts entered into by the attorney general. The format of the10 status report shall be determined by the commissioner of administration.
