AN ACT1
To repeal R.S. 15:751, 823, 825, 834, 835, 838, 840, 840.2, and 1131, relative to prisons and2
correctional institutions; to repeal antiquated and obsolete provisions regarding3
prisons and correctional institutions.4
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5
Section 1. R.S. 15:751, 823, 825, 834, 835, 838, 840, 840.2, and 1131 are hereby6
repealed in their entirety.7
