AN ACT1
To repeal R.S. 51:2316, relative to the position of coordinator of the Louisiana Economic2
Development Corporation; to repeal the position of coordinator; and to provide for3
an effective date.4
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5
Section 1. R.S. 51:2316 is hereby repealed in its entirety.6
Section 2. This Act shall become effective on July 1, 2014; if vetoed by the governor7
and subsequently approved by the legislature, this Act shall become effective on July 1,8
2014, or on the day following such approval of the legislature, whichever is later.9
