R.S. 16:516(E) is hereby enacted to read as follows: 7 ยง516. Health insurance; retired district attorneys; certain judicial districts8 * * *9 E. Proposed law requires the premium costs of group health insurance to be paid in full by the district attorney for the 16th Judicial District from the district attorney's general fund for all district attorneys and assistant district attorneys who retire with at least 24 years of full-time service, regardless of age. Proposed law requires the payment of the premium costs to be paid in accordance with the health benefits as they exist during the term of retirement for the district attorney or assistant district attorney.
