HLS 14RS-430 ORIGINAL Page 1 of 2 Regular Session, 2014 HOUSE BILL NO. 59 BY REPRESENTATIVE LORUSSO APPROPRIATIONS/JUDGMENT: Appropriates funds for payment of judgment in the matter of "Efrain Lugo, Jr., individually and on behalf of Kaitlyn Lugo v. the State of Louisiana DOTD" AN ACT1 To appropriate funds out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2014-2 2015 to be used to pay the consent judgment in the suit entitled "Efrain Lugo, Jr.,3 Individually and on behalf of Kaitlyn Lugo v. the State of Louisiana through the4 Department of Transportation and Development"; and to provide for related matters.5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:6 Section 1. The sum of Three Hundred Ninety Thousand and No/100 ($390,000.00)7 Dollars is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal8 Year 2014-2015 to be used to pay the consent judgment in the suit entitled "Efrain Lugo, Jr.,9 Individually and on behalf of Kaitlyn Lugo v. the State of Louisiana through the Department10 of Transportation and Development", bearing Number 123,608, Division F, on the docket11 of the Twenty-First Judicial District Court, parish of Livingston, state of Louisiana.12 Section 2.
