ACT No. 190 Regular Session, 2014 HOUSE BILL NO. 638 BY REPRESENTATIVE CONNICK AN ACT1 To amend and reenact R.S. 15:542.1.4(A)(1), relative to sex offender registration and2 notification requirements; to provide relative to the crime of failure to register and3 notify as a sex offender or child predator; to amend the crime of failure to register4 and notify as a sex offender or child predator to include untimely actions; and to5 provide for related matters.6 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:7 Section 1. R.S. 15:542.1.4(A)(1) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as8 follows: 9 ยง542.1.4.
