Abstract: Provides for limitations of liability of landowners permitting recreational aviation on
their premises.
Present law provides a limitation of liability for owners of property, including public parks,
which are used for recreational purposes, but excludes from the limitation of liability a willful
and malicious failure to warn against dangerous conditions or structures, and defective
playground equipment.
Proposed law adds recreational aviation to the definition of "recreational purposes".
