Directs each state agency to notify the members of the House of Representatives regarding
any action by the agency which would result in the termination of 100 or more state
employees or which would result in a change of the parish in which 100 or more state
employees report to work, no later than five days prior to the action. Defines "state agency"
as any board, commission, department, division, agency, office, or other entity within the
executive branch of state government.
