Regular Session, 2014 ENROLLED SENATE BILL NO. 111 BY SENATOR MARTINY AN ACT1 To amend and reenact the introductory paragraph of R.S. 13:841(A) and (2)(c) and (d),2 relative to miscellaneous fees in civil matters; to provide for setting limits on fees3 and establishing procedures for the receipt or issuance of certain documents by4 electronic means; and to provide for related matters.5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:6 Section 1. The introductory paragraph of R.S. 13:841(A) and (2)(c) and (d) are7 hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:8 §841. Enumeration of fees in civil matters; miscellaneous9 A. The clerks of the several district courts may be entitled to demand and10 receive fees of office, which fees may be less than, but shall not exceed, the11 following amounts: set forth in this Section.
