AN ACT1
To amend and reenact R.S. 46:460.52, relative to the Medical Assistance Program; to2
provide for exemptions; and to provide for related matters.3
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:4
Section 1. R.S. 46:460.52 is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows: 5
ยง460.52. Exemptions6
The provisions of this Part shall not apply to any entity contracted with the7
Department of Health and Hospitals to provide fiscal intermediary services in8
processing claims of the any health care providers provider.9
