AN ACT1
To repeal Chapter 14 of Title 17 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, comprised of2
R.S. 17:2751 through 2759, and to repeal R.S. 36:651(D)(6), relative to the3
Louisiana Systemic Initiatives Program; to repeal statutory provisions relative to4
program components and activities, program administration, and the Louisiana5
Systemic Initiatives Program Council and its powers, duties, and staff; and to provide6
for related matters.7
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:8
Section 1. Chapter 14 of Title 17 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950,9
comprised of R.S. 17:2751 through 2759, is hereby repealed.10
Section 2.  R.S. 36:651(D)(6) is hereby repealed.11
Section 3. This Act shall become effective upon signature by the governor or, if not12
signed by the governor, upon expiration of the time for bills to become law without signature13
by the governor, as provided by Article III, Section 18 of the Constitution of Louisiana. If14
vetoed by the governor and subsequently approved by the legislature, this Act shall become15
effective on the day following such approval.16
