To amend and reenact R.S. 22:1931.13, relative to the Sledge Jeansonne Louisiana2
Insurance Fraud Prevention Act; to change the sunset date of the Act; and to provide3
for related matters.4
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5
Section 1. R.S. 22:1931.13 is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows: 6
ยง1931.13. Termination of Part7
This Part shall terminate on August 1,2014 2016.8
Section 2. This Act shall become effective August 1, 2014.9
