AN ACT1
To enact R.S. 33:447.13, relative to the mayor's court of the town of Rosepine; to authorize2
an increase in court costs for violations of municipal ordinances; and to provide for3
related matters.4
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5
Section 1.  R.S. 33:447.13 is hereby enacted to read as follows:6
ยง447.13.  Mayor's court; town of Rosepine; additional court costs7
Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the mayor8
of the town of Rosepine may impose court costs not to exceed thirty dollars for9
each offense, as defined by ordinance, on any defendant convicted of a violation10
of a municipal ordinance. The court costs authorized by this Section shall be11
in addition to the court costs authorized by R.S. 33:441.12
