AN ACT1
To enact R.S. 33:447.13, relative to courts; to increase authorized court costs for municipal2
ordinance violations in the mayor's court of the town of Anacoco; and to provide for3
related matters.4
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5
Section 1.  R.S. 33:447.13 is hereby enacted to read as follows:6
ยง447.13. Mayor's court; town of Anacoco; additional court costs7
In addition to the court costs authorized by R.S. 33:441, the mayor of the8
town of Anacoco, as the presiding officer of the mayor's court of the town of9
Anacoco, may impose additional court costs not to exceed twenty dollars for10
each offense, as defined by ordinance, on any defendant convicted of a violation11
of a municipal ordinance.12
